The candidates traditional search overlooks
For years, recruiting technology has focused on making searches faster and more sophisticated. Better filters, smarter keywords and more ways to narrow down a list of candidates. But what happens when the right person doesn’t fit the criteria you’re searching for? That’s the problem traditional search hasn’t solved. And it’s why better candidate discovery starts with better data, not another search filter.
ZoomInfo’s own recruiters ran into this every day. Senior Recruiter Tess Bohenko says she could go through five pages of LinkedIn Recruiter and find maybe ten profiles worth pursuing, the same ones competitors were already calling. Technical Recruiter Varun Chandavarkar needed engineers with B2B SaaS experience, and the closest filter was “software development.”
Different data underneath
Instead of matching keywords, Talent Autopilot reasons across ZoomInfo’s verified professional data, including skills, career paths, and company intelligence. It finds people who fit the role and explains why each one does. That doesn’t happen by accident. Talent Autopilot works because ZoomInfo spent almost two decades building the data before a single line of agent code was written.
“All of that guesswork of what a filter will get me is gone,” Varun says.
From new name to new hire
Varun was sourcing for a competitive Product Manager role when Autopilot surfaced a top candidate from Microsoft. He contacted her through LinkedIn and through Autopilot. She ignored the LinkedIn message, replied to the Autopilot email, and accepted the job.
Tess has stopped going back. “I don’t even attempt LinkedIn Recruiter to find candidates anymore. The quality is unmatched.”
